    Yes. Consumers below poverty line. (on production of proof, will be exempted)

    what proof will be needed to prove that a consumer is below poverty line?
    and also does provisions of legal aid rules apply on consumer case?

      Attested copy of the Antyodaya Anna Yojana card. You do not need a lawyer for contesting any matter in the consumer forums. Resultantly, the provisions of legal aid can not apply.
